I will be credited whenever the specification is made. Unless it is specified, you will not be required to note me or credit/link to me.  Part of the gift-giving experience .  I'm not concerned with you using textures or brushes because I wouldn't submit them if I didn't want you to.  There is no way for me to keep up with that sort of thing.

A professional, formal approach must be taken if you decide you would like to sell something containing an image of mine.  So, you may contact me within deviantART concerning sales issues.  Please be sure to include your full name, email address, and description of the project in question, along with the image file.
